This 10×14 storage shed is located at our Berlin location. The Cottage style offers the classic salt box look which is iconic throughout New England. This building has what we call the New England package. With this upgrade you obtain 1×6 fascia, 1×4 wood corners, classic New England style hinges, wider door trim, and Z style shutters. To the left and right of the 5′ double doors are 2 18×36 single hung windows. As you enter into the structure it is framed out with our standard construction which consists of 2×4 studs spaced 16″ on center, double top plates, double studs in the corners, and 2×4 rafters. The siding is an LP Smart Siding with smart finish which not only gives it a clean look, but also gives you a 50 year warranty. This structure is roofed with lifetime Timberline shingles, and has a 25 year PerformMax floor.
