This is a special order structure that is HALF SHED // HALF GREENHOUSE. The entire footprint of the structure is 14′ x 20′. The shed portion is 10′ x 14′, the greenhouse portion is 10′ x 10′, and the pergola/porch is 4′ x 10′. This structure is built with a CAPE COD roof (8/12 pitch). It is also built in our ENGINEERED LP SmartSiding with a 50-Year Warranty on it, also available in Lifetime Vinyl Siding.
Delivery is included up to 20 MILES from our lot. This structure is built with 2” x 4” on 16” center construction, ensuring a long-lasting, quality structure. We have Lifetime Manufacturer Warranties on our vinyl siding and shingles. Our LP Engineered wood siding has a 50 Year Warranty and the PERFORMAX flooring has a 25 Year Warranty. To further insure your confidence in our product, Pine Creek Structures has a 6 Year Top-To-Bottom Warranty on all our Heavy Duty Sheds.
